淘萌玩 Toycute 根据品牌方或授权方的实际文件，整理授权期限、授权区域、授权渠道和适用商品范围。公开资料包已排除银行开户授权、内部来源分析表以及其他非必要的账户与商业信息。

授权文件仅用于证明文件载明的授权关系，不代表买方自动取得品牌转授权或商标使用权。涉及二次分销、线上开店、线下门店和跨区域销售的，应以原始授权文件和双方合同为准。

Brand and Authorization Review

Toycute organizes authorization documents according to the validity period, territory, channel and permitted product scope stated by the brand owner or licensor. The public pack excludes bank account authorization, internal sourcing analysis and other unnecessary commercial information.

An authorization document does not automatically grant sub-licensing or trademark rights to a buyer. Re-distribution, online stores, offline stores and cross-region sales remain subject to the original authorization and the applicable contract.
