淘萌玩 Toycute 根據品牌方或授權方的實際文件，整理授權期限、授權區域、授權渠道和適用商品范圍。公開資料包已排除銀行開戶授權、內部來源分析表以及其他非必要的賬戶與商業信息。

授權文件僅用於證明文件載明的授權關系，不代表買方自動取得品牌轉授權或商標使用權。涉及二次分銷、線上開店、線下門店和跨區域銷售的，應以原始授權文件和雙方合同為准。

Brand and Authorization Review

Toycute organizes authorization documents according to the validity period, territory, channel and permitted product scope stated by the brand owner or licensor. The public pack excludes bank account authorization, internal sourcing analysis and other unnecessary commercial information.

An authorization document does not automatically grant sub-licensing or trademark rights to a buyer. Re-distribution, online stores, offline stores and cross-region sales remain subject to the original authorization and the applicable contract.
