订单处理

订单付款并经风控审核后进入备货流程。现货商品会在订单确认后尽快完成拣货和出库；预售、定制或需要组合装箱的商品，以商品页说明或客户经理确认的时间为准。

配送范围与方式

我们面向全球多个国家和地区提供配送服务。可根据订单体积、重量、目的国和时效要求，选择国际快递、专线物流或海运/空运等方案。最终可用渠道和运费将在结算或人工报价时显示。

运费与关税

• 商品价格、运费、税费是否包含，以订单结算页或正式报价单为准。
• 跨境订单可能产生进口关税、增值税、清关费或当地派送费，通常由收件人承担；如合作条款另有约定，以合同为准。
• 收件人应确保姓名、电话、地址、邮编和身份/税号信息准确完整。

发货与查询

• 发货后，物流单号将通过订单页面或客服渠道提供。
• 物流轨迹取决于承运商更新频率，偏远地区或节假日可能出现延迟。
• 如物流长时间无更新，请提供订单号和收件信息，由客服协助核查。

收货与异常处理

请在工作时间内检查外箱和商品状态。如出现少件、错发、明显破损等情况，请保留外箱、面单、开箱照片或视频，并尽快联系客服。经核实后，我们将按订单规则安排补发、退换或退款。

Order Processing

Orders enter fulfillment after payment and risk review. In-stock items are dispatched as soon as possible after order confirmation. Pre-order, customized or consolidated orders follow the timeline shown on the product page or confirmed by your account manager.

Shipping Coverage and Methods

We ship to multiple countries and regions worldwide. Available methods may include international express, dedicated line services, air freight or sea freight, depending on order volume, weight, destination and delivery requirements. Final options and charges are shown at checkout or in a manual quotation.

Shipping Charges, Duties and Taxes

Product prices, shipping, duties and taxes are determined by the checkout page or formal quotation. Cross-border orders may incur import duties, VAT, customs clearance or local delivery fees. These are normally paid by the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dispatch and Tracking

Tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may be delayed for remote areas, weekends or public holidays. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us with the order number and delivery details.

Receiving and Claims

For shortages, incorrect items or visible damage, keep the outer box, shipping label and unpacking photos or video, and contact us as soon as possible. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, return, exchange or refund according to the applicable order terms.
