訂單付款並經風控審核後進入備貨流程。現貨商品會在訂單確認後盡快完成揀貨和出庫；預售、定制或需要組合裝箱的商品，以商品頁說明或客戶經理確認的時間為准。

配送范圍與方式

我們面向全球多個國家和地區提供配送服務。可根據訂單體積、重量、目的國和時效要求，選擇國際快遞、專線物流或海運/空運等方案。最終可用渠道和運費將在結算或人工報價時顯示。

運費與關稅

• 商品價格、運費、稅費是否包含，以訂單結算頁或正式報價單為准。
• 跨境訂單可能產生進口關稅、增值稅、清關費或當地派送費，通常由收件人承擔；如合作條款另有約定，以合同為准。
• 收件人應確保姓名、電話、地址、郵編和身份/稅號信息准確完整。

發貨與查詢

• 發貨後，物流單號將通過訂單頁面或客服渠道提供。
• 物流軌跡取決於承運商更新頻率，偏遠地區或節假日可能出現延遲。
• 如物流長時間無更新，請提供訂單號和收件信息，由客服協助核查。

收貨與異常處理

請在工作時間內檢查外箱和商品狀態。如出現少件、錯發、明顯破損等情況，請保留外箱、面單、開箱照片或視頻，並盡快聯系客服。經核實後，我們將按訂單規則安排補發、退換或退款。

Orders enter fulfillment after payment and risk review. In-stock items are dispatched as soon as possible after order confirmation. Pre-order, customized or consolidated orders follow the timeline shown on the product page or confirmed by your account manager.

Shipping Coverage and Methods

We ship to multiple countries and regions worldwide. Available methods may include international express, dedicated line services, air freight or sea freight, depending on order volume, weight, destination and delivery requirements. Final options and charges are shown at checkout or in a manual quotation.

Shipping Charges, Duties and Taxes

Product prices, shipping, duties and taxes are determined by the checkout page or formal quotation. Cross-border orders may incur import duties, VAT, customs clearance or local delivery fees. These are normally paid by the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dispatch and Tracking

Tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may be delayed for remote areas, weekends or public holidays. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us with the order number and delivery details.

Receiving and Claims

For shortages, incorrect items or visible damage, keep the outer box, shipping label and unpacking photos or video, and contact us as soon as possible. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, return, exchange or refund according to the applicable order terms.
